We use several different types of silicone depending on the style and type of mold . Also your mold may come split this is nothing uncommon in the silicone industry as it adds life to your mold from not having to pull or stretch it to remove the finished piece

The reason Postal money orders is for your protection There is no fee to do a search if lost in mail Shipments will be processed after payment is received in full. The service fee on all returned checks is $35.00
~ Shipping and Handling Policy: Customer pays shipping and handling on all orders. Due to rate increases and per minimum density rules put in place by Postal Services, shipping costs are calculated after purchases. When your order is ready for shipment we will send a Pay Pal money request for shipping charges. Thank you for your understanding. We attempt to ship your order within 3 days.We make your orders FRESH Your order will be shipped on or shortly after receiving full payment of the order. If you have not received your shipped order with in two weeks, contact us.
~ Damaged CLAIMS: Insurance is your resposiblity If damage occurs, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. Contact shipper immediately! KEEP CARTON AND PACKING INTACT. Then contact us for replacement or credit on merchandise. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur in transit with the freight line. Failure to follow the above instructions will void the insurance and limit our ability to give you credits or replacements.
~ Cancellations and COD Returns: C. O. D. returns will not be accepted without approval. Any products returned without an authorization invoice number will be billed a 25 percent handling fee and all shipping costs. For reasons other than damage, return shipping is customer`s expense. It is the purchaser`s responsibility to properly package and insure merchandise authorized for return. All canceled orders will be billed a 25% cancellation fee.
~ Return Policy:
Even though it’s boring I test pour and inspect all of my pieces before they are shipped.. Although we live in an imperfect world I’d like my molds to be as close to perfection as possible. But you need to do your part also, when molds arrive I suggest you do your own test pour. Like with men, it’s not enough just to look and think he can or can’t be Mr. Right. Men don’t work that way and neither do my molds. So test folks! (with unscented product)
Hillary and Tammy stood by their men ,so just so you know, I do also-.not my man, but my molds. But the clock is ticking. You have three days to contact me regarding any problems with the mold. The honor system is great but I’ll go by delivery confirmation date. So remember, test, test, test, tick/tock.
If after you contact me that there is a problem I will give you authorization to make the return. But once I’ve told you to send it back, ship it back to me within 2 days of the authorization. Sadly postage will be on your dime.
After mold is received by me and I determine there is a material flaw/defect, I will then issue you a store credit or replace mold and ship replacement back to you on MY dime. This whole process can be speedy if we all work together on this. I promise to ship replacement mold back to you within three business days.
I strive to be professional and assume you are professional also. If you are unable to use certain waxes and soaps in the molds or if you are new to soap and candle making and you choose one of my more complicated pieces, practice makes perfect. I’m always just an email away. I’ll work with you and help you the best I can.
~ Custom Orders There is a no return policy on custom orders and special sale items, unless damaged in shipping. On all other returns the shipping costs are the customer`s responsibility.
